Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the marketing strategies of Bangkit Kembang Melati Traditional Food in Pekanbaru. This research was conducted with a descriptive method that uses primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews / interviews and research questionnaires. Respondents taken were 100 consumers using proportional sampling method. From the results of the study it is known that the marketing strategy that is assessed from indicators of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the agreed category. This is a sign of implementing a marketing strategy in the business of Jasmine Rose Flower Cake Hj. Martijah is in accordance with market conditions and consumer demand and considers the location and price to be offered so that it increases the public's interest in buying this product. Weaknesses in marketing strategies in the business of Jasmine Melati Kembang Cake. Martijah includes less effective product promotion and a less extensive marketing network so there are not many product marketing points.
