Abstract
This study aims to see how the business prospects of Refill and employment in the Bukit Raya City District of Pekanbaru. Using the income analysis and also used the Benefit Cost Ratio formula to see whether the Refill Parfume in the Pekanbaru City Highway is feasible or not, then a descriptive analysis is used to look at the use of labor in the Parfume Refill business in Pekanbaru's Bukit Raya District. From the results of the research carried out, the results obtained from the prospect of a Refill Parfume business in the Bukit Raya City District of Pekanbaru were obtained a BCR value of> 1 so that it can be interpreted that the Refill Parfume business has a reasonable prospect with more respondents' BCR values from 1. Then from the results of the analysis of the use of Parfume Refill business manpower, with the increase in the Parfume Refill business unit, the labor force used will increase.
