Abstract

This study aimed to produce interactive multimedia learning media on the material system of linear equations in two variables (SPLDV) a valid and practical so as to create new learning media products for students and teachers. This study was a development model development Research and Development (R & D). Development using this model performed with several steps: potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revisions, product testing, product revision, the final product. This research was conducted in junior high school An-Nur Pekanbaru with students totaling 27 learners. Mechanical analytical data in this study was the validation of the data obtained from a questionnaire completed by the validator that lecturers and teachers. After learning media declared valid by the validator instructional media tested on students numbering 27 people to look at the practicalities. Praktikalitas Data obtained from the student questionnaire responses were filled by students who totaled 27 people. Thus resulting in product development will be valid and practical with an average of 85.83% perentase validity and practicality of an average of 90.00%. The results of this study was interactive multimedia learning media on the material system of linear equations in two variables (SPLDV) class VIII SMP valid and practical.
