Abstract

Preliminary observations were made on Extracurricular student High School 1 Benai Regency Kuantan Singingi, so the formulation of teh problem in this study is the leg muscle power contribution to the result of shooting distance football students extracurricular High School 1 Benai Regency Kuantan Singingi. While the goal to be achieved is to determine the contribution of leg muscle power to the result of shooting distance from football students extracurricular High School 1 Benai Regency Kuantan Singingi. Type of resarch is correlation research. This research was done by the students extracurricular football High School 1 Benai Regency Kuantan Singingi with a population of 15 people and the number of samples are also as many as 15 people. The researc data was collected through limb leg muscle test and long distance shooting test by using product moment. While hypothesisi: “is the contribution of Leg muscle power to the of shooting distance football extracurricular students High School 1 Benai Regency Kuantan Singingi.”. From the result of test ferformed obtained average limb muscle power test is 42,27 and the average shooting 20,33 with df 14 and rarithmetic of 0,8 with KDof 3,24%. So it can be concluded that in this study there is a leg muscle power contibution of the result of shooting distance football students extracurricular High School 1 Benai Regency Kuantan Singingi amounted to 3,24%.
