Abstract
The problem in this research is the basic technique of forehand smash which is not good, the cause of the bad forehand smash technique because the student is not good in directing the target of the targeted ball, the imposition of the ball with the record is not in the right position so that the ball is not directed to the target , so to improve the forehand smash ability can be improved by using the Muscle Arm strength training method.
