Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of physical condition of athletes at club clubs and PKDP Pekanbaru City Riau Province. The form of this research is a descriptive study with a population of athletes at a ball club and PKDP in Pekanbaru City with a population of 15 people. Samples in this research were obtained based on total sampling technique. So that the sample in this study amounted to 12 people. The instruments carried out in this study were physical condition level tests namely arm muscle strength, abdominal muscle endurance, arm and shoulder muscle endurance, leg muscle endurance, speed, flexibility, power and endurance. The results of the data analysis in this study obtained the level of physical condition of the athletes at the Balavolly club in PKDP Kota Pekanbaru in the category of 11 people with a percentage of 91.67% and a good category of 1 person with a percentage of 8.33%. After being processed with statistics, the level of physical condition of the athletes at the club is PKOL City Pekanbaru with a value of 4.77 or located at intervals of 4.0 - 5.9 with a percentage of 91.67%. Based on the results of research conducted, it can be concluded that the level of physical condition of the athletes at the ball club and PKDP in Pekanbaru City is in the sufficient category. That is located at intervals of 4.0 - 5.9 with a percentage of 91.67%.
