Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the application of management finance in Kabun Village, Kabun District, Rokan Hulu Regency, which was started from the procedures of planning, implementation, administration, reporting, and liability. As a reference for research using cycles accounting based on IAI-KASP Accounting Assistance Guidelines Village Finance 2015. Types of data to be collected in research these include Primary Data and Secondary Data. Whereas who becomes one source of data in this study is sourced from notes and written documents, provided by the leaders of Kabun Village Kabun District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The results of the study put forward by the author are that of the village Kabun Kabun District Rokan Hulu Regency in presenting the report there are still many village finances that are not in accordance with IAI-KASP Guidelines Village Financial Accounting Assistance in 2015, namely not making a Balance Sheet Balance, the absence of adjusting entries and not making depreciation of fixed assets on the village wealth report. Based on the results of the research above it is known that the application of accounting for Kabun Village, Kabun District, Rokan Hulu Regency, allegedly not yet in accordance with IAI-KASP Village Financial Accounting Assistance Guidelines Year 2015.
