Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the appropriateness of the application of accounting carried out by the Roasted Fish Restaurant in Pelalawan Regency. As for the population of this study were 30 restaurants that took notes in Pelalawan Regency. Data collection techniques used in the preparation of this thesis is by questionnaire, which is sent directly to the object of research. The analysis used in this study is a descriptive method of collecting, processing and then presenting activities so that it can be seen whether the Grilled Fish Restaurant in Pelalawan Regency has applied accounting. The results of the study are as a whole it can be concluded that the application of accounting by the Fish Burn Restaurant entrepreneur in Pelalawan Regency is not in accordance with the basic concept of accounting because there are still entrepreneurs who have not applied the basic concepts of accounting.
