Abstract
Singer study aims to review describing the Stages of Regional Regulation No.06 of 2016 About Formation And Expansion District of East Linga. Singer policy is a strategic step taken by the Government The improving Quality to review the Implementation of Good Governance Duties hearts Frame Care, Empowerment and Development. IN fact Lingga District Government has issued Local Regulation No. 06 of 2012 Concerning Formation And Expansion District of East Linga. The regulation was issued as Form Duties hearts Local Development Framework. The issues examined hearts Research Singer is: How Implementation Barriers Regulation and hearts Implementation Regional Regulation No. 06 of 2012 Concerning Formation And Expansion subdistrict in East Linga Linga District. The literature review is a concept Singer Research hearts Government, policy implementation, and expansion. Singer exploratory study using a qualitative analysis approach. Data collection was conducted through, observation, interviews and documents. Research shows that the Stages of Regional Regulation No. 06 of 2012 Concerning Formation And Expansion District of East Linga Linga District has implemented in accordance Provisions legislation That set. Factors Implementation Lingga District Regulation is communication, resources, disposition, and the Structure of Bureaucracy. There are still obstacles in the Implementation of-Obstacles such as Human Resources.
