Abstract

Have been reported cases of crime in criminal that suspect “doing attempted murder” that happened on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 around 10.30 AM. As reffered to Pasal 338 KUHP Jo Pasal 53 Ayat (1) KUHP.Based on police report number: LP/36/XI/2015/RIAU/RES PLLWN/SEK UKUI. One of the crime of attempted murder that doing by sport teacher SMKN 1 Ukui with slashed way headmaster or his own leader use with sword that hit head with four slice and one slice hit victim hand, that only problem signature petition to be PNS 100%. Criminology is (as science), learn the problems appearance a crime and conditions that in general affect it, and learning method to fight crime it. Because criminology task is to search and determine problems from crime and find eradication method. The main problem is related with criminology element criminal act person of attempted murder that doing by teacher candidate of government employees to headmaster SMKN 1 Ukui in law area of police station Ukui and effort that do by investigator to criminal act of attempted murder headmaster SMKN 1 Ukui in law area police station Ukui that review from criminology. The research method that used if seen from kinds then it researcher included in researcher empirical sociological kind, with researcher object is criminology analysis tp person who doing attempted murder and counter measures that do by Ukui police officers. Primary data interview, secondary data is data that obtainable from books and constitutions other sources, data analysis in qualitative, puller from conclusions doing with educative. This criminology element begins from the headmaster SMKN 1 Ukui Nova Damayanti that don’t want signature SKP (assessment information letter) file and SPMT (statement of duties letter) Dasmar Joni Rosa (doer) to be government employees (PNS) 100% that the headmaster known that last to gather all of file to be PNS 100% only two days again since that tragedy, and the doer file only SKP and SPMT that must to signature by headmaster (victim) to be PNS 100% that later during twenty five years teach and the letter already his ask repeatedly to headmaster, but the victim don’t want to give a signature and then doer debate fight with victim and immediately the doer angry to headmaster and release the sword that his bring in bag and then slice victim head repeatedly. Effort that doing Ukui police station at the time, doer directly surrender to Ukui police station and said his already slice the headmaster and doer directly secured by the Ukui police station, and the police directly come to SMKN 1 Ukui do TKP though securing the sword and the doer bag that use the doer and other evidence, and the police check the doer to search why the doer doing slice to headmaster and also check the witness related with this case, and ask the doctor to release vise to victim for investigation interest.
