Abstract

This study aims to determine Implementation Implementation Function Lurah under Development RT/RW Institutions In Kampung Dalam Subdistrict Siak Siak particularly at RT and RW and factors that inhibit the function Lurah in the formation of an association of Kampung Dalam Subdistrict Siak Siak particularly RT and RW, referring to the formulation of the research shows that the data and information collected through the survey as a basis for describing each variable. Therefore, this type of research can be incorporated dalan type classification "Descriptive Survey", with a quantitative method. The function Lurah Development Community Institutions as contained in Government Regulation No. 73 Year 2005 on the Village. The theory used in this study according to Santoso, 1995; 60. In this study, sampling was done by using census and sampling techniques random for engineering sesnsus done on the village chief and the Government of the Village, and sampling techniques were randomized to RT and RW, data analysis in this case the collected data are grouped according to the type of data respectively and then served in table form. Furthermore, the data that has been presented in tabular form is analyzed quantitatively, the analysis in the form of descriptions in the explanation of the tables presented, the results of the discussion that has been done, it can be concluded include: Implementation of Function Lurah under Development RT/RW Institutions On Kampung Dalam Subdistrict Siak Siak then categorized good it is seen from the answers of respondents 11 or equal to 70% based assessment items are categorized good and while the barrier is like still the number in working area RT and RW that has not been their guard post, then the direction of Lurah that each RT and RW maintain a healthy environment by organizing mutual cooperation with the community of at least 1-2 times a week.
