Abstract

Technological advances have changed the mindset among children. Changes in the mindset of children is also accompanied by changes in the behavior of children in addressing the modernization. Child delinquency is not only caused by the influence of modern technology, but can also be caused by various factors that are internal factors derived from within themselves and external factors that can come from environmental influences. Child's delinquency that occurred in Nagari Batu Bulek, District Lintau Buo The North is a party of sex among elementary school children who notabene are minors, this is in the background by the lack of attention from parents. The formulation of the problem raised in this research is to reveal the occurrence of sex feast party among elementary school students. The type of research in this study is included in the type of qualitative research with the aim of describing the actual situation about what happened in the research location through the collection, identification, and analysis of data so that in obtaining an answer to the problems in formulated. As for the key informan in this Research it, parent perpetrators of underage sex party, while the informant is, teachers in elementary school principals, guardian Nagari Btu Bulek and head pilice of Lintau Buo Utara, Based on the results of the entire interview above can we Know that the reason why minors are having sex is. Lack of supervision that is: Commitment, Lack of affection and supervision of parents will surely make children tend to do deviance or crime, parents who are too trusting in children without knowing the activities undertaken by their children is a wrong action Fatal to the child himself. Efforts are made is people should give more attention than ever and begin to restrict the child in using electronic devices in their daily activities both in the spectacle and handphone
