Abstract
Employees are the most important part of the organization. Management within the organization needs to pay attention to the employees in order to maintain employee satisfaction for becoming members of the organization. The strength of cohesion acting as a reinforcement member of the group to act. While self-efficacy to improve performance in the context of the organization. The statistical analysis used is Pearson correlation and multiple regression. Based on the correlation analysis conducted, it is known that there is no significant relationship between group cohesiveness and job satisfaction, other than that there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and job satisfaction showing a correlation coefficient. Meanwhile, regression analysis shows that there is a significant relationship between group cohesiveness and self-efficacy simultaneously with job satisfaction. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done the implication of this research is the need for organizations to play an active role in realizing group cohesiveness simultaneous with self-efficacy to improve employee job satisfaction.
