Abstract

This study aims to develop a learning device in the form of Worksheet Students (LKPD) Biological Science-based guided inquiry on material structure and function in plants and benefit viable technology used for class VIII student of SMP / MTs. Researchers use this type of development Research &Develovment using ADDIE models.research conducted from stage analyze to stage of development. Data in the development of science LKPD obtained by performing validation of subject matter experts, instructional specialists, and teachers, and to see the response of students to LKPD developed with limited eligibility test conducted by researchers with the determination of the sample usingtechnique. purposive sampling Based on the specified criteria of the sampled schools that SMP / MTs curriculum of 2013, the school was ranked accreditation A. Three schools selected are: SMP Budi Shifa Al-Azhar Pekanbaru, SMP Islam As-Shofa Pekanbaru, and SMP 16 Pekanbaru , Limited feasibility trials conducted by researchers to take samples of 10 students from each school. This research resulted in products such LKPD guided inquirybased science Biological Structure and Function In Menteri plants and pemanfatannya in the technology packaged in printed form. Based on the results of validation by learning experts indicate that LKPD IPA developed extremely fit for use in the learning process with an average percentage of 89.06%. The results of the validation by subject matter experts indicate that LKPD IPA developed extremely fit for use in the learning process with an average percentage of 86,32%. The results of the validation by three teachers who teach Biology shows that LKPD IPA developed extremely fit for use in the learning process with an average percentage of 97.59%. LKPD developed IPA which received very good feedback from learners. It can be seen from the average responses of students from three schools amounted to 93,92% (very decent). It was concluded that the IPA Biology LKPD based guided inquiry on material structure and function tumbuhanserta pemanfatannya in technology for class VIII SMP / MTs developed extremely fit for use as a learning tool.
