Abstract
Clean water is one of the human needs to meet a healthy standard of living. The availability of air and affordable becomes the most important part for every individual. Indonesia's population growth continues to increase every year, including in Rokan Hulu District. The Central Bureau of Statistics recorded the population growth of Rokan Hulu per year reached 5.56%. As the population increases, the necessities of life that must be seen also increase. In this case the role is needed to provide clean water for the people of Rokan Hulu by providing clean water treatment units in Kecamtan-Kecamatan Rokan Hulu. This research produces data that have been obtained in research both primary and secondary data. This study calculates the population of 10 years ahead ie from 2015 to 2025 with the method Exsponensial. SPAM air processing installation (Satisfaction) Upstream Satisfaction Rokan Hulu Regency is able to process air to meet the air needs of the community Upstream Satisfaction for the next 10 years, analyze the volume of parts in the Processing Water treatment Building (WTP), analyze the Reservoir Building Form Building Reservoir form of block (Square), nominal capacity of pump to channel air from river Batang Sosah to water treatment installation (IPA). Is the available pump capable of sufficient air to be processed with a capacity of 2x10 liter / second .. on the search results in 2025 the number of residents in the District of Upper Satisfaction of Rokan Hulu regency reached 31,130 people, the need for clean water also increased after the results of the measurement of the clean water needs of the sub-district of Kepuasan Hulu Rokan Hulu up to 2025 reached 2,215,689.3 liter / day , while at present (in 2016) SPAM Upstream Satisfaction can only produce water of 576,000 liters / day. Thus, the fulfillment of water needs of the people of Kecamatan Kepuasan Hulu in the present and future period can not be fulfilled yet
