Abstract

This research is motivated by the reason why in Pekanbaru City can be done with ugliness or begal. This of course must get serious attention, because if we look at what happens in big cities such as Jakarta and some areas in Java, from time to time more and more crimes and crimes committed by begal ultimately disturb the public, before these things that occur in the city of Pekanbaru must be immediately applied for eradication. The problems in this study are the factors that cause conflict. Theft of Violent Two-Wheeled Motorized Vehicles (Begal) That Are Moved By teenagers in Pekanbaru City. This study aims to determine the factors causing the occurrence of the crime of the seizure of a Two-Wheeled Motorized Vehicle with Violence (Begal) that was Transferred by Youth in the City of Pekanbaru. The methods in this study are case studies, case studies, case studies or events that occur in the situation, and the interactions that occur. To get in-depth data, case study research uses interview techniques, or studies that will later be incorporated into theories. Case studies will understand, examine, and then find the meaning obtained from the phenomenon under study. The results of the study show that the factors that cause adolescents are involved in cases of motorbike money crime with violence in pekanbaru city which are caused by several factors, including; 1). The teenager is involved in drug users. 2). Children are trapped in relationships with socially troubled friends. 3) Not harmonious relationship between children and parents and family. 4). Weak law enforcement. It is better for law enforcement authorities to give heavier penalties for every worker of the curas (theft by force). 5) Prohibition of victim alertness. We recommend that women avoid driving old days, but if you have to do the day, or pass a different road every day.
