Abstract

Management of AlHusna Kubang Raya District Package C Program In Siak Hulu Village, Kampar District, Riau Province is a conscious and planned effort to realize the learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, morals noble and the skills needed by him, society, nation and State. (Article 1, paragraph 1, Law No.20 of 2003 concerning National Education System). Learning Activities Program National community functions to develop abilities in dignified national civilization in order to educate life, aiming for the development of the potential of students to become human beings who are faithful and devoted to God Almighty, noble, capable, creative, democratic, and responsible . Looking at the description in the background above, the writer would like to conduct a research entitled "Pengelolahan Program Package C AlHusna Kubang Raya Subdistrict Siak Hulu, Kampar istrict, Riau Province. The urgency of the existence of the Community Learning Center Center (PKBM) for the community around the Saik Subdistrict, upstream of Kampar District, is llustrated by two conditions represented by PKBM Al Husna, namely: the adjustment of the priority of prospective learning citizens by PKBM Al Husna, the extent to which the Program runs ntegrated Islamic Package C Al Husna Kubang Raya, Siak Hulu Subdistrict, among others: limited learning time, and the lack of attention of citizens learning to the importance of the learning process. The education subject in PKBM Al Husnab also tried to solve various obstacles. Several efforts were made, namely: improving the education system by the management, the use of learning strategies by tutors, and the initiative of the learning citizens in the form of independent learning.
