Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain how the role of Village Consultative Agency in the Implementation of Rattan Government in Pelangiran Sub-district Indragiri Hilir Regency and to know the factors inhibit affect the implementation of the role of Village Consultative Agency in the Implementation of Governance In Pelangiran Sub-district Indragiri Hilir Regency, this research is in the form of field research with how the survey with Quantitative data processing, whereas in terms of the nature of this research is descriptive analysis that explains and develops various research findings in the field and analyze the data so that obtained an answer to the problems formulated, considering the number of population most and some there is a small, the researchers do sampling. Based on the consideration of the objectives of the study, the sample is taken by census, where the total population of the respondents is taken. This is also because the number of the population is small so that the data obtained will be more objective. While for the community that is using Purposive sampling is determined by the researchers themselves because by using the RT researchers consider it already represents the community because RT is also the closest institution with the community. To analyze the data, in this case the data that have been collected are grouped according to each data type then presented in Likert scale table. Furthermore, the data that has been presented in the form of the table is analyzed descriptively, ie analysis in the form of descriptions and explanations of the table presented, from the results of the discussion that has been done it can be drawn conclusions, among others Role of Village Consultative Bodies In Government Implementation In Pelangiran District Indragiri Hilir with 3 indicators: Active Role, Participatory Role, Passive Role, based on percentage in recapitulation table Simply Serve means Role of Village Consultative Board higher number in table Simply Serve, will show less optimal Village Consultative Agency in performing its Duties and Functions.
