Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of poor rice assistance program in Bukit Kratai Village Rumbio Jaya Kampar Regency. Met o de of this study was descriptive survey. The research is located in Bukit Kratai Village. The population in this study was 85 people. Sampling technique in this research using purposive sampling technique, the sample in this study the author set as many as 28 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study using interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of poor rice assistance program in Bukit Kratai Village Rumbio Jaya Kampar Regency, was sufficiently accomplished, this conclusion was in accordance with the measurement technique which has been stated that the sufficient category is in the percentage of 34% - 66% used not all done with the maximum. This is due to the fact that the people who received the poor rice assistance program did not meet the real condition of the poor in the village of Bukit Kratai Village Rumbio Jaya Kampar Regency. This means that there are still many poor people who do not get poor rice aid. In addition, some people struggle to buy the rice because not all RTS-PM have sufficient funds when the distribution of poor rice.
