Abstract

Disipline is a thing that becomes a benchmark to know whether the overallleadership role can be carried out property or not, according to article 1 paragraf 1 of the Republic Of Indonesia govermen number 53 of 2010 concerning the discipline of civil servants to obey obligations and avoid bans determined in legislation and/ or official regulations which if not adhered to or violated, comply with disciplinary penalties, Bandar Sei Kijang sub district is one of sub district located in Pelalawan Regency which was established in 2005 and has 1 Village and 4 Villages namely Kelurahan Sekijang, Kiab Jaya Village, Lubuk Ogung Village, Muda Setia Village, and Simpang Beringin Village. The purpose of this study is to know, analyze ang obstacles Implementation Of Regulatorial Regulation Number 65 Year 2015 Concerning Enforcement Ofdiscipline Of Employees Clearing Office Camat Bandar Sei Kijang District Of Pelalawan. The sample in this study is 27 people, in this study the authors use the sensure in which the entire population sampled considering the number of relative little. Teknik data collection used with questionnaires, interviews, and observations. From the results of research that the authors do can be concluded that Implementation Of Regulatorial Regulation Number 65 Year 2015 Concerning Enforcement Ofdiscipline Of Employees Clearing Office Camat Bandar Sei Kijang District Of Pelalawan is categorized as led implementasi assessment, this is because the apple implementation is only a small percentage of employees implementing apple, not all employees implement it, in enforcing disciplinary sanction on employee who does not discipline Bandar Sei Kijang Didtrik Chief also does not apply according to the Regent’s Regulation with various considerations, especially social considerations, the sub district only instruct the Secretary of the subDistrict to give only the duties.
