Abstract

This research was to determine and explain the implementation of the function of the Village Consultative Agency in the discussion and determination of village regulations on budget revenue and Expenditure village of Kampung Medan Kuantan Hilir District Kuantan Singingi regency. In line with the objectives of the research, the population in this study Village Government and Village Consultative Agency as many as 29 people. Sampling technique that writer use is census technique that is a technique of sampling where overall of population amount used as research sample. The types of data collected include primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained from respondents, and secondary data in the form of general overview, organizational structure, tasks and functions and data Budget Revenue and Expenditure Village. In this study the authors describe several indicators that will be used, namely Effectiveness, Efficiency, Sufficiency Equity/Equality, Responsiveness and Accuracy. Furthermore, this study continued on the measurement of the indicator variables. The size of variables used in this study are Good, Good Enough and Less Good. Before concluding the results of this study the authors present the identity data of respondents. Presentation of identity data of respondents is intended as supporting information that support further discussion in this research. The identity data of this respondent is about gender, education level and age. Then proceed discussion of each indicator by asking questionnaires to the respondents selected in this study. As a final conclusion, it can be concluded that the implementation of the function of the Village Consultative Agent in the discussion and stipulation of village regulations on the Village Revenue and Expenditure village of Kampung Medan Kuantan Hilir district Kuantan Singingi Regency is the category of “Good”.
