Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the tasks of the subdistrict head in fostering the village apparatus in the village desiring the Tasik Putri Puyu sub-district in the Meranti island district, especially in the implementation of the village head and village official. The total village of ten respondents. Purposive sampling technique, which is the sample taken can be considered to repserent the entire population. The type of data collected includes primary and secondary data, to collect data and use questionnaire techniques, observation and documentation. After the data needed in this study is collected, the data is grouped according to each variable and its indicators. When the data was analyzed quantitatively which was completed with percentage data (%) and an explanation and analyzed descriptively which would later be described in the form of tables and descriptions. Based on the analysis that has been done, it can be seen that this research was carried out during the implementration of the camats task in foresting village equipment in the village. The obstacles encountered by the subdistrict head in conducting training for village heads in the Mengkirau village of Tasik Putri Puyu sub-district in the Meranti archipelago district were the lack of planning and exprience of the sub-district of Tasik Putri Puyu in providing guidance to the village administration, because the Camat Tasik sub-district head had only served for 2 years. In fostering the village head does not have a rountine and regular schedule every month, other obstacles are the lack of education and the thinking of the village head in managing and managing his village.
