Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Evaluation of Keluarga Harapan Program Implementation in Kecamatan XIII Koto Kampar Kabupaten Kampar Evaluation evaluation indicators used include input, process, output, outcame, and impact. The type of research located in Batu Bersurat and Pongkai Istiqomah XIII Koto Kampar Kabupaten Kampar is quantitative with descriptive analysis techniques are: obtained data and information about the picture of a phenomenon, facts, nature and the relationship of certain phenomena in a comprehensive and integral and trying to describe the object / Subjects studied in accordance with what it is. There are two groups of population and sample in this research that is executing officer amounted to 5 people and society which amounted to 71 people. The community in this case is the community beneficiaries of the Family Program. The sample size assigned from these two population groups is 5 and 71 people. The technique used in determining the individual sample is a census technique that is the technique of sampling the entire population in the sample. Types and data collection techniques used consisted of primary data collected using questionnaire and interview techniques and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use the tool table frequency. Based on this analysis technique, the researcher evaluates and concludes that the evaluation of the implementation of the Keluarga Harapan program in XIII Koto Kampar Kabupaten Kampar at the assessment interval is less successful with the percentage of 46%.
