Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the tasks camat of the village head in the Sub-District XIII Koto Kampar, Kampar regency in the field of village financial administration. The issues raised in the research is cause of an indication that guidance on village administration is not optimal yet as despected. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews, qustionnaires, observation and documentation. The respondents in this research were 24 people consisting of employees of the Sub-District office and village officcials. Then the data analysis techniques that i use in the research is quantitative descriptive and qualitative combine to support the result of the study. In this research the implementation of the camat’s tasks in guidance of the village head in the Sub- District XIII Koto Kampar Kampar regency seen based on karyadi theory are giving orientation, giving guidance, giving direction, training and supervision. From the measurement result of eachof the indicators, it can be stated that the implementation of the camat’s tasks in guidance of the village head in the Sub- District XIII Koto Kampar, Kampar Regency declared in the category quite done.
