Abstract

Village Government and Village Consultative Agency is an element of governance which in carrying out its duties and functions respectively there are interrelated working relationship among others: discuss and agree with village regulation, head of village give report of administration in writing to BAPEKAM, the village proposed the Village Revenue and Expenditure Plan and discussed it with BAPEKAM, village head and BAPEKAM to discuss together the management of village property. This study aims to find out how the working relationship of the village government with the village consultative body in the administration of the village in the bay village lanus Sungai apit siak district. As for the population in this study is the village government and village consultative bodies (BAPEKAM), amounting to 37 people. While the sampling is done by making the entire population as a sample. The method used is with the kind of a quantitative analysis of the survey the descriptive. From the results of research that has been done, shows that the working relationship of the village government with the village consultative body (BAPEKAM) in the administration of the village bay lanus subdistrict river apak siak district diidapat less good and there are still weaknesses in carrying out duties and functions as elements of governance . It is expected that the village government and village consultative bodies (BAPEKAM) should seek to improve good working relationships by applying liability relationships, consultation relationships and cooperative relationships.
