Abstract

The objective of the research is to know the Duty of District Control Team in Overseeing the Implementation of Acceleration Program of Infrastructure Development of Village / Village PPIDK Mandiri In District Kerumutan Pelalawan Regency. This research type is descriptive survey by using method of quantitative and qualitative analysis. This research was conducted in Kerumutan Subdistrict of Pelalawan Regency with population is Kerumutan Sub-District Control Team, Village LPM, and Community Empowerment Group (KSM) Village in Kecamatan Kerumutan, and Kerumutan District as informant. Census sampling technique and purposive sampling. The types and sources of data namely primary data, secondary data with observation data collection techniques, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Collected data are classified according to type and shape then presented in tabular form which then analyzed descriptively. Based on the results of research on Duties of District Control Team In Overseeing the Implementation of Program Acceleration of Village Infrastructure Development (PPIDK) Mandiri in District Kerumutan Pelalawan District has been running well. Where the average respondent gave yes yes response of 75.9% or are in either category ie: good if the responses of respondents> 67%. Suggestion of research to more effectively Task of District Control Team in conducting supervision, Supervision Team must consist of Village Head and BPD so that supervision of existing development not only represented by sub-district and village government but also involve representatives from society. To accelerate infrastructure development, the Control Team should notify the implementation in that can not be done independently.
