Abstract

In government regulation number 43 of 2014 concerning the implementation of law number 6 of 2014 concerning village article 132 and article 133, it is explained that the village head is an advisor who is responsible for supervising the village-owned enterprises in running and managing village-owned enterprises. Supervision is the activity of the manager who strives to carry out the work in accordance with the plan set and the desired results, the purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of the task of the village head in supervising the economy of savings and loan village in the village of ditch I / II, Sungai Apit subdistrict. Siak district. The assessment indicators used in this study include direct supervision: direct inspection, on-site observation, direct reporting and indirect supervision: oral reports and written reports. The type of research used is descriptive, which describes the actual state of what was found at the time this research was conducted based on the observations of the authors in the field by collecting data, clarifying and analyzing the problem of this research, while the method used in this study was qualitative method, namely research whose main purpose is to gain insight into certain topics, namely through methods of observation, interviews and documentation, the informants in this study were the village head of the ditch I / II, the chairman of Bapekam, the director of BUM Kampung and the treasurer of BUM Kampung. Based on this analysis technique, the author assesses and concludes that the implementation of the duties of the village head in supervising the village's economic efforts is less implemented, while the obstacles in the implementation of the village head's duties in supervising the savings and loan village economic business are less effective supervision that is carried out directly or indirectly so that the problem of lack of commitment of the community to pay arrears is still often the case, then the community does not get guidance to advance their business by utilizing loan funds.
