Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation and to know the obstacles of Empowerment Program in Desa Kemuning Muda, Kec. Kemuning, Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Evaluation indicators of the implementation of the empowerment program is: effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equality, responsiveness and accuracy. The research was conducted in Desa Kemuning Muda Kec. Kemuning with the type of research that is descriptive quantitative. The sample used in this research is the manager and beneficiaries of UED-SP Desa Kemuning Muda with the 51 respondens. The technique analysis of data used using quantitative approach. The results of the research are known to evaluate the empowerment program, especially the UED-SP program based on indicators of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, similarity, responsiveness, and accuracy in the UED-SP program it is known that all indicators are met as a public policy to encourage the development of the village community's economy and the welfare of the people. Suggestion to be considered in UED-SP program Desa Kemuning Muda is that managers have to socialize more about empowerment program so that community can participate in running and evaluating Village empowerment program.
