Abstract

Al - Qur`an is the word of Allah SWT which was revealed to the prophet of the Prophet Muhammad SAW which in the Qur'an consists of 114 surahs, 6666 verses. Verses in the Qur'an have a relationship between one sub - theme with other sub - themes. This study presents a thematic grouping of the Qur'an on the theme of Asmaul Husna with the Latent Simantic Analysis (LSA) method and weighting of double normalization 0.5 and IDF - smooth. Based on this model, the grouping results are realized for the taking of scientific resources and analysis, the purpose of which is to increase the efficiency of scientific search and reduce the difficulty in grouping surahs and verses in the Qur'an. Asmaul Husna theme data is taken from Al - Qur'an Amazing (Cordoba) and Al - Qur'an data is taken from qurandatabase.org. The results of t he study of 20 surahs and verses contribute to add to the sub themes in accordance with the results of expert evaluations, the results of evaluations by thematic experts and an increase in f1 - scores between evaluations with the Amazing Qur'an (Cordoba) wit h average thematic experts 2.85%.
