Abstract

This study aims to find out Evaluation of Distribution of Traditional Equipment Giving Tools Kelurahan Bagan Hulu Bangko District By Fisheries And Marine Service Rokan Hilir Regency. Where the distribution of aid is measured by 6 indicators namely: Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Alignment, Responsiveness, Accuracy. The formulation of this research problem is How to Evaluate the Distribution of Traditional Capture Equipment from Kelurahan Bagan Hulu Subdistrict of Bangko By Fisheries And Marine Service of Rokan Hilir Regency? This type of research is using Descriptive type which done by Survey. The location of this research is the Fisheries and Marine Service of Rokan Hilir Regency. The population of this research are Head of Fishery and Marine Department, Head of Fishing Capture, Section of Management of Water Resources, Kenelayanan Section, Fishing Controlling Section, Fisherman Society of Bangko Sub-district, Bagan Hulu, 333 people. The type of data used is primary data collected through Questionnaire and Wawamcara process and using secondary data such as Documentation. The results of this study concluded that overall Evaluation of Distribution of Traditional Capture Equipment of Kelurahan Bagan Hulu Subdistrict of Bangko By Dinas Perikanan Dan Kelautan Rokan Hilir Regency is in the category of Good Enough. The obstacles faced are in carrying out tasks in the data collection of fishermen are not in the field or are at sea, lack of public awareness to take care of fishing cards, limited budget many fishermen who have not get help.
