Abstract

Based on the results of preliminary observations, there are several phenomena that occur in the effort to create public order in a cafe business in the District of Indragiri Hilir Tembilahan City, namely: Still there are many cafes that do not abide by the regulations of operating hours, there are still visitor cafe that still use school attributes, even it happens in the morning when school is still ongoing, has never been done counseling and socialization conducted by the relevant government Regional Regulation Number 11 Year 2016 ii th , this study aimed to evaluate the impelementation of the District Regulation Indragiri Hilir Number 11 2016 th on Public Order towards curbing Internet cafe business in the District Tembilahan City Indragiri Hilir Number 11 2016 th on Puclic Order to Policing the Internet Cafe business the District Tembilahan City. The population in this study is the head of municipal police, district, businessman and cafe customers. Mechanical withdrawal head sampled municipal police, district and businessman cafe done with census techniques. While engineering sample taker cafe customers using purposive sampling techniques. The results showed that the implementation of Indragiri Hilir Dictrict Regulation Number 11 2016 th onPuclic Order towards curbing internet cafe business in the Dictrict of Indragiri Hilir Tembilahan City are in the category of 34%-66% of sufficiently implemented.
