Abstract

Based on PDDikti data sources, in 2018 higher education institutions have completed 1.2 million alumni. When alumni have completed their education, alumni or higher education institutions are expected to maintain communication so that there is no missing link. To maintain communication between alumni and universities, it is necessary to create a forum in the form of social media with complex data structures that require knowledge graph-based database technology. Knowledge graph-based alumni social media can make it easier for users to find other users who are in the same network. The results of testing to users using The Computer System Usability Questionnaire (CSUQ) showed an average result of 6.17 out of 7 for system usability, 6.2 out of 7 for information quality, interface quality with an average of 6.3 out of 7, and overall total quality gets an average of 6.08 out of 7 which can be said that users are satisfied with the system that has been created
