Abstract

Twitter servers receive an enormous amount of tweet data every day. Thus, it is necessary to use data by developing a system to conduct data mining from the amount of data that will be used for certain interests, one of which is to analyze public anemos against the issue of post-election fraud 2019. Classification techniques are applied to classify tweet data. Classified, tweet data through preprocessing and weighting terms frequency and tf-idf. This weighting results in training and testing data that will be classified using a decision tree with C4.5 Algorithm to determine Sentiment Analysis. The test results are obtained with a fairly high accuracy, namely 80%. Analysis of the public anemo sentiment on the issue of post-2019 presidential election fraud is the focus.
