Abstract

Twitter is one of the social media whose users write the most various opinions, comments and updated news. Many users use the Twitter application to post status or write their opinion about a news or information. Thus this is done by utilizing data and being used as a data source to assess the sentiment analysis on Twitter, one of the public animo analyzes about the news of the presidential election which led to the constitutional court in 2019. The technique applied is classification, to classify data on tweets, before that. perform the preprocessing stage and term requancy weighting on the tweet data. From this weighting, training data and testing data will be classified using the Multilayer Perceptron Algorithm, the Multilayer Perceptron approach itself to get the results of the Public Anemo Analysis Sentiment towards the 2019 presidential election which refers to the constitutional court with a positive or negative category. From the results of this test, the accuracy is quite high, amounting to 89% with a total of 300 data.
