Abstract
Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) Disdukcapil Kecamatan Teanayan Raya Pekanbaru City as one of the public institutions that have the main task of conducting services process in the form of registration and publication of population administration that can function as legal evidence in determining the status of a person such as Identity Card , Family Card, and legalization of other population administration. As for the output or results of the products issued, of course, community expectations kema¬da performance of these agencies is very large in serving the community quickly and optimally. Although there is still an indication that developed in the middle of the society that is disappointed due to poor service from the Office of Camat Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru in the form of timeliness as well as the difficult procedures that must be passed and the costs to be imposed in the manufacture of the certificate of residence. The purpose of this study is to determine the results of service quality of E-KTP in UPTD Department of Population and Civil Registration in Tenayan Raya District Office Pekanbaru City as well as obstacles. The method used is descriptive and qualitative; Sample ie Head of Office, clerk employee and society who take care of E-KTP. Techniques of collecting interview data and data analysis descriptively through qualitative approach. This study concludes that the implementation of E-KTP service in the Technical Service Unit of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Tenayan Raya Sub-district has been running well where there is a desire to change both in terms of the resources of the apparatus and also the organization of the Technical Service Unit of the Population Service and Civil Registration of Tenayan Raya Sub-district itself. So far, the Technical Service Unit of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Tenayan Raya Sub-district has been trying to make changes to improve the quality of its services, ranging from the improvement of its apparatus capacity through education and training to service improvement through service innovation such as free wifi provision. In addition, the working environment conditions built in the Technical Service Unit of the Department of Population and Civil Registration Tenayan Raya District has been running in harmony and is in accordance with the expectations of all parties.
