Abstract

This study aims to determine the Task Implementation of the Civil Service Police Unit in curbing street vendors in Tembilahan Hulu District and to find out the inhibiting factors or constraints. The focus of the research is the Implementation of the Task Force of the Civil Service Police Unit in disciplining street vendors on the H. Arif trench road 11 Tembilahan Hulu District. The task of the Satpol PP in curbing street vendors is because the street vendors are one of the problems that have not been handled properly. The type of research in this paper is descriptive quantitative research using measurement techniques by observation, questionnaires and documentation. From the results of questionnaires and observations in the field the researchers concluded that the Task Implementation of the Civil Service Police Unit in curbing street vendors on the H. Arif trench 11 road in the Tembilahan Hulu Subdistrict was in a fairly good category, to divide the number of street vendors in H. Arif ditch 11 which disturbs public order in Tembilahan Hulu Subdistrict, in this case the Market Dias is expected to take part in the role of guiding and designing street vendors so that in the future there will be no more street vendors selling in places so as not to disturb public order.
