Abstract

This study aims to determine the suitability of Accountability and Transparency of Village Financial Management in the Second Artificial Village in the District Koto Gasib of Siak Regency with Permendagri No. 113 of 2014. The location of this research was conducted in the Second Artificial Village of Koto District Gasib Siak Regency having its address at Jalan Raya Made in Pertamina II Koto Gasib District, Siak Regency. Types and sources of data used namely primary and secondary data. The method used is descriptive qualitative comparing practice and existing theories, then drawn a the conclusion to be presented in the thesis. The results of this study are the Administration, Reporting and Stage Accountability of Village Financial Management in Artificial Village II Koto Gasib Subdistrict, Siak Regency is guided by Permendagri No 113 of 2014. However, the Transparency Phase of Artificial Villages II was not yet appropriate Permendagri No. 113 of 2014, because there is no information on the board announcement or information board about the amount of expenditure as well income in carrying out village financial management activities.
