Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of self-efficacy and worklife balance on employee performance at PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees working at this company. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling where the sample was taken based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher, totaling 81 people. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, documentation, and observation. Data analysis techniques in this study used SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that self-efficacy and work-life balance partially and simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Pekanbaru.
