Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work competency and job placement on employee performance at the Riau High Prosecutor's Office. The population of this study was all 119 employees working at the Riau High Prosecutor's Office. The sampling technique was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method, namely sampling based on certain criteria, totaling 86 employees. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study used SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study indicate that work competency and job placement partially and simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Riau High Prosecutor's Office.
