Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of QRIS implementation and financial literacy on the performance of MSMEs in Hulu Teso Village, Riau. Using quantitative methods with questionnaires distributed to 32 MSMEs, data were analyzed through multiple linear regression. The results showed that QRIS implementation did not have a positive and significant effect on MSME performance. Financial literacy had a positive and significant effect on MSME performance, particularly in financial management and business decisionmaking. Simultaneously, both variables were proven to improve MSME performance. This study emphasizes the importance of payment digitization and financial literacy for the sustainability of rural businesses.
