Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of product quality, operational efficiency, and technology on the operational performance of refillable drinking water businesses in Indragiri Hilir Regency. The study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method involving operators of refillable drinking water enterprises. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results indicate that product quality and operational efficiency have a positive and significant effect on operational performance, while use of technology does not show a statistically significant effect. These findings emphasize that improvements in the operational performance of refillable drinking water businesses are more strongly influenced by consistent product quality and efficient operational management than by the adoption of technology.
