Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Work Life Balance and Career Development on Job Satisfaction among employees of PT. Hino Gita Riau Makmur Pekanbaru. The background of this research is based on the importance of maintaining a balance between personal life and work, as well as providing adequate career development opportunities as key factors in enhancing employee job satisfaction.This research employs a quantitative approach with descriptive and verificative methods. The population consists of 93 employees of PT. Hino Gita Riau Makmur Pekanbaru, with a sample of 79 respondents from the sales marketing and mechanic divisions. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of the SPSS program.The results indicate that Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction,Career Development has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, and Work Life Balance and Career Development simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction among employees of PT. Hino Gita Riau Makmur Pekanbaru.The study suggests that the company should continue to enhance its work–life balance policies and strengthen structured career development programs to improve employee satisfaction and organizational commitment.
