Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of workload and teamwork on the performance of casual daily workers in the Highways sector at the Pekanbaru City PUPR Office. The population in the study was 137 people with sampling using the purposive sampling method, so the sample in this study was 117 people. The types and sources of data were primary and secondary data, while the data collection techniques used interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study was quantitative descriptive analysis with the help of SMARTPLS Version 4 Software. The results of the study showed that: (1) workload had a negative and significant effect on the performance of casual daily workers in the Highways sector at the Pekanbaru City PUPR Office, (2) teamwork had a positive and significant effect on the performance of casual daily workers in the Highways sector at the Pekanbaru City PUPR Office, (3) workload and teamwork had a significant effect on the performance of casual daily workers in the Highways sector at the Pekanbaru City PUPR Office
