Palm oil productivity illustrates the increasing number of farmers who are engaged in palm oil farming, which is caused by an increase in welfare due to the influence of palm oil prices which tend to be constant or even increasing. This study aims to analyze 1) Characteristics of palm oil farmers, 2) Use of production factors, costs, production, income and efficiency of palm oil farming, 3) Factors that influence palm oil productivity. The study was conducted using a survey method, with respondents who were selected intentionally with the criteria of independent farmers who have productive oil palm plantations (10-20 years). The results of the study showed: (1) The characteristics of farmers have an average age of 47.06 years, the average level of education of farmers is 11.80 years (high school), the average number of family members of farmers is 4 people and the experience of farmers in oil palm farming is 13.12 years. The average area of farmer's land is 3.8 Ha. (2) The use of productivity factors is known that the average number of plants used is 501,60 trees, dolomite fertilizer 1,376.73 kg, urea 1,390.05 kg, and NPK 508.77 kg; gramoxon pesticide 5.85 liters, round-up and 6.83 liters; and a workforce of 16 HKP, and the tools used are (one set of egrek, rickshaw, gancu, dodos, grass/tripe machine, basket, sprayer, canol, boots and motorbike) each as many as 1 unit. The average production cost is Rp. 9.393.671/ha/year, (consisting of variable costs of Rp. 8.883.161/ha/year, and fixed costs of Rp. 510,509/ha/year); The average productivity of FFB is 14,713 kg/ha/year, with a selling price of Rp. 2,600/kg FFB; gross income is Rp. 38.713.672/ha/year, while net income is Rp. 29.320.001/ha/year; the efficiency or RCR is 3,89, meaning that the oil palm farming business is profitable and feasible to be pursued. (3) The factors that significantly influence oil palm productivity in Perhentian Raja District, Kampar Regency are plant age, labor, and dolomite fertilizer. Meanwhile, plant number, urea fertilizer, Gramoxone pesticide, and Round Up are not significant on oil palm production.
