Abstract

Financial recording at Sop Kambing dan Sapi Kang Bewok MSME was previously conducted conventionally using notebooks, leading to risks of data loss and inefficiencies in calculating the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and daily profit and loss reports. This study developed an integrated web-based financial information system to assist business owners in managing sales transaction data, massprocessed raw material management (bulk), and real-time operational expenses. The system was built using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and MySQL database. Testing methods included Black Box to validate functionality, White Box on the authentication module, and User Acceptance Test (UAT). The White Box testing results indicated that the system's logic flow was valid and stable. Based on the UAT involving the owner (managerial perspective) and the cashier staff (operational perspective) as respondents, the system achieved a feasibility rate of 93.48%, falling into the “Strongly Agree” category. Thus, this financial information system is declared feasible and can be implemented to enhance the effectiveness of financial management in MSMEs.
