Abstract
An inclusive school is a learning environment that combines regular students and students with special needs in one learning system. This condition requires strong social support so that all students can feel comfortable, accepted, and involved in the learning process. Peer support plays a crucial role in helping students feel accepted, valued, and safe in the learning environment. The research method used was quantitative with an accidental sampling technique. The research subjects were 228 students from two inclusive schools in Pekanbaru. The instruments used were a peer support scale based on Sarafino's theory (2019) and a school well-being scale based on Konu and Rimpela's theory (2002). Data analysis was performed using Pearson Product Moment correlation with the help of SPSS 23 for Windows. The results showed a significant positive relationship between peer support and school well-being (r = 0.402; p < 0.05). This means that the higher the peer support students receive, the higher their perceived level of school well-being. This study demonstrates the important role of social support in creating student well-being in inclusive schools.
