Abstract
deviant behavior is behavior that deviates from the norm and the social values of family and community is the cause of waning bonding and group solidarity. However, Lewis Coser said that deviant behavior is one way to adjust to the culture of social change the definition above is still difficult to understand. behavioral deviations are all human behavior that has been done either individually or as a group that does not comply with the values and norms within the group tersebut. cause other things that are not necessarily positive values and its environment. Sexual instinct which was owned by each man is already there we carry on since we are born, others said is that we are born through sex . but flavor that can not be controlled and without clear knowledge previously would have a negative impact on our personal , our spouse, to the environment around us. And in this modern era of print media and electronic media who have contributed to perform sex culture to the west of the country, it can affect every person who is less aware of the sexual teachings. The results of the study explained that free sex teen behavior is motivated by several factors that are based on a theory according to Travis Hirschi (Bynum & Thompson, 1989: 190-191) has four (4) main elements, namely: Attachment (Love), Commitment (Responsibility) , involvement (Engagement), Believe (Confidence)
