Abstract

In to constition number 30 years 1999 on arbitration and dispute resolution through article 1 verse 10.Arbitase is the settlement of a civil dispute outside the genela judiciary that is based on the arbitration agree ment made in writing by the parties problems together. (1) determen the cause of land disputes between the community and in PT.Tasma Puja, District Batang Cenaku, (2) efforts to resolve the land disputes between the community and the PT.Tasmapuja in the Setro jenar Village, District Kepayang Sari,Indragiri Hulu Regency years. The study was conducted in the Setrojenar Village, District Kepayang Sari,Batang Cenaku Regency.This study used qualitative methods to identify and describe the various attitudents and phenomenon that exist. The primary data source in this study is the Head of the village, the village Setrojenar and Indonesian National Army. Secondary data source is the documentation and books related to the study. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using the technique proposed by Miles and Huberman used with 3 lines include: (1) data reduction, (2) presentation of data, and (3) conclution or verification. Mechanical inspection of source data using triangulation techniques.
