Abstract

The village goverment of rawa makmur, located in Bonai Darussalam District, Rokan Hulu regency, implemented various infrastructure development programs in 2020 as part of efforts to improve community welfare. However, field observations revealed that not all programs were carried out optimally due to budget limitations and technical constraint s during implementation. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of infrastructure development programs in Rawa Makmur Village in 2020 and to assess the extent to which these programs have impacted the social and economic lives of the local community. The research method used The Village Government of Rawa Makmur, located in a descriptive method with a qualitative approac h, The results show that most infrastructure development programs such as the construction of educational facilities, health centers, the village market, and transportation access were successfully implemented with a total budget of Rp394,764,000. Nevertheless, several projects remained unrealized due to financial constraints and technical issues. Based on interviews and documentation, is it can be concluded that infrastructure development in Rawa Makmur Village has had a positive impact on improving community welfare, although further evaluation is needed to ensure future development is more effec tive, efficie nt, and sustainable.
