Abstract

This study analyzes the effectiveness of the village financial system (SISKEUDES) in realizing the accountability of the east Ujungbatu Timur village government, Rokan Hulu Regency. The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of the village financial system (SISKEUDES) in realizing the accountability of the east Ujungbatu Timur village government, Rokan Hulu Regency and to find out what obstacles the village government faces in implementing the village financial system (SISKEUDES) in realizing the accountability of the village government of Ujungbatu Timur, Rokanhulu Regency. The method used was a qualitative descriptive apporoach with data collection techniques throught observation, interview, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of SISKEUDES helps the village government in managing village finances more effectively and efficiently. There are still obstacles such as a lack of human resources in village officials and a lack of adequate facilities and insfrastructure.
